• Navigate CRM entirely from the Grid Editor.

Quick Create Activity        

Simplify the four click process of creating an activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to just a single click, via the shortcut buttons available on the grid. The Quick Create Activity can be customized to work with any entity, including customized entities. The Quick Create Activity uses the out-of-the-box mappings and pre-populates the required fields on the activity screen.

Duplicate Data Detection        

In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, duplicate detection is limited by user security access. Duplicates may not be detected by a user without read access to other user’s records. With IOTAP’s Duplicate Data Detection plugin duplicates are identified across the organization’s data set preventing record duplicates – regardless of user access.

Dynamics CRM Audit Trail

The Dynamics CRM Audit Trail add-on tracks changes made by time and user in chosen fields, creating an audit trail. The Audit Trail can be configured to work on all entities, including customized entities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Field Level Security

Set Field Level Security for any field on a form, for any available role. Features include:

• Apply Field Level Security if the user does not belong to a particular role, including multiple roles.
