Product: OEP 4.5, OEP 5.5, OPP 4.0
Description: The client had been using Onyx CRM for more than 5 years and needed to upgrade their system. The IOTAP team successfully upgraded the client from OEP 4.5 to OEP 5.5 in record time and at 1/5th the cost of doing it locally. Since, Onyx was operational at their end for around 5 years, there were significant customizations made to the applications across all tiers. Utilizing two resources IOTAP did the entire upgrade remotely; including testing, going-live and post implementation support. In addition to the upgrade the final product included new functionality such as being able to edit the RLC inline, custom reporting built on top of MS Reporting Services and improving performance for tasks, incidents using the AJAX development methodology.

Product: OEP 4.5, OPP 4.0
Description: An Onyx Customer needed a highly customized partner portal which integrated with their branding, legacy systems and existing Security Provider. IOTAP consultants helped rearchitect the entire authorization and authentication module for OPP. The final solution was built using the Onyx Web Services toolkit, integrated with a java webservice built by an SSO provider. The portal was tailored to suit the client's wireframe and had the ability to support multiple look and feels based on the partner's region.

Description: The sales team for a leading market research company was used to traditional SFA windows applications and felt the process of entering all the sales and related data involved too many clicks and didn't have the necessary hooks to track all the data points.
IOTAP rewrote the entire incidents interface to streamline the look and feel; built a scalable solution to incorporate the numerous data points and business logic and at the same time improved the performance significantly.

Product: OEP 5.0, OCP 4.0, Cognos ReportNet Toolkit
Description: IOTAP was involved in significantly customizing OCP for a high tech Onyx Client. This involved custom security, providing consumers the ability to add attachments to incidents and providing a framework for the distribution of patches and builds via OCP. IOTAP also helped configure the Onyx Analytics bundle (Cognos ReportNet), built custom reports and a dashboard for the sales team.

Product: OEP 5.0
Description: IOTAP collaborated with a local Onyx System Integrator and implemented OEP 5.0 for a brand awareness/marketing company. In order to support the customer's propriety marketing and sales methodologies and processes, customizations were made across the entire Onyx application. This involved several custom forms, integrating with data feeds from 3rd parties and migrating data to fit the Onyx architecture.
