- Attachment size options – ability to filter out attachments from getting copied to the case based on the attachment size.

- Suppose there are multiple recipients which have queue configured in CRM…however email2case configuration does not exist for the first recipient in the email (that has a queue but not email2case setting) then email2case program aborts… and case is not created.
Outstanding / known issues: Cases created by Email2Case add-on are not getting linked to the correct Customer record.
Issue details: The latest rollup (CRM 2015 Service Update 2 or higher) from Microsoft has modified the api’s which has resulted in this issue.
MSFT api is not returning back the correct email address of the “To” as well as “FROM” recipient of Email.
Expected recipient is: firstname.lastname@example.org (this is how it used to come until the last rollup)
however now the email recipient is coming as :"email@example.com" firstname.lastname@example.org
This issue will require a newer build.
We are currently working on releasing a newer version which will have a fix for this issue.
Please note the next version is going to be a major release as it has lot many enhancements too which we have been working on.
