We have been working hard on a new platform to better serve our customers for the past few months; we’re getting close to revealing it to you and we’re so excited we simply had to put the word out.

We are launching IOTAP Online in the coming weeks. IOTAP Online is our effort to provide you the one stop shop for your Digital Transformation needs.

IOTAP online will provide an automated self-service website for you to manage all your productivity and technology needs. You’ll find the same great cloud services you know and use every day; Office 365, Barracuda, Microsoft Azure, as well as new bundled services for your convenience and peace of mind – all at a discounted rate.

We’re going to be on-boarding select users in the coming weeks and then make it generally available.

Microsoft Special Announcement:

We were recently at Inspire which is Microsoft’s biggest annual partner conference soaking up all the new opportunities and technologies that are coming our way. At Inspire Microsoft announced a new productivity suite centered around Small/Medium Business, Microsoft 365. By combining three great services that are already widely used amongst our customers;

  • Windows 10
  • Office 365
  • Enterprise Mobility and Security

Microsoft has created a turnkey solution for businesses that want to create a secure collaborative working environment, complete with mobile device support. Microsoft 365 is will be available on August 2, 2017- please contact us to learn more.

Tips and Tricks:

Add and edit contacts right from Outlook on iOS (coming soon for Android.) To create a new contact in Outlook, simply go to the People tab and tap the + sign. You can also add a new contact directly from a message or event by tapping the name of a person and then tapping Add Contact.

Lastly, you can also use the search bar in the People tab to find and add contacts from your company directory.
Once you’ve added a contact, you can edit their information by opening the contact and tapping the Edit button. Any changes made in Outlook for iOS will be synced and available across all versions of Outlook.


New Features:

Business Essentials is a great starter plan to get a secure business email in the cloud. As your needs grow to look at how you can use the business premium plan with these included features. You get access to all of Microsoft Office on your desktop, additionally, these new features are available to you through your outlook now and there are more coming in the near future in certain regions.
