Job Overview

CRM Consultant will provide support to clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the CRM module. This role uses consulting skills, and business knowledge to effectively integrate CRM technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. The ideal location for the CRM Consultant will be based out of DC Metro area Washington. This position reports to the Director.


Job Duties / What you will be doing
  • Providing pre-sales and after-sales support
  • Handling support calls, working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required
  • Arranging and carrying out product training
  • Providing product education and advice
  • Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Helping in the design of custom-made products
  • Manage the region with least escalations and excellent customer relationships
