Position: Inside Sales / Sr. Inside Sales Executive
Job Duties / What you will be doing:
Would be responsible for increasing sales revenue, developing profitable and productive business relationships, coordinating with decision makers, building an extensive client base and market development.
Identify and qualify sales leads, Inquiring stage - understands customers business and line of services, check any pain area of customers also understands the current IT infrastructure of customers and analyse which product or services would suit to customers and could be offered
For targeted customer leads and defined products, lead the sales process and successfully close the targeted customer sale
Coordinating with Marketing team for marketing campaign and identifying new source/methods to market our product and services
Also involve in Coordination & Negotiation with IOTAP’s Partners and distributors to find better offers and discounts. Develop sales quotes, ensure timing and accurate invoicing, pursue post-sales follow-up
Retaining customers by checking the satisfaction level and providing new product information and offers by keeping constant touch with both old and new customers
Primary point of contact with Microsoft on all the task such as License generation, negotiation and trainings on the market strategy etc
Responsible for Azure offerings- O-365, Email configurations
Exposure in provide solutions on Office 365, Exchange server, Windows Server, Microsoft licensing,
Responsible for Entire Software Sales Planning, Development of Strategies & implementation
Maintaining Good Relationship with Clients. Coordination with the clients through mails, updates and providing quality services Knowledge on New products, offers & schemes. Making Proposal, Pricing and Communication through Mails, fixing Appointments, Keeping Track of All Leads and Follow-ups with clients.
