Job Description and Skills Required:

  • Coming up with a prospect list, initial research on the prospect (includes research through available info sites and drill down such as annual reports, CXO speeches, prospects strategic direction, identifying prospect's pain area needs, identifying our service offerings relevant to the needs, generating an effective first pitch presentation
  • Responding to RFIs and RFPs understanding our differentiators and articulating these for coming up with a compelling proposition for the client, collaboration with delivery team for technical solution and presenting the solution in the most effective way in the proposal. 
  • Develop new accounts by nurturing relationships to open cross selling opportunities 
  • Managing customer and prospect visits to India. Collaborating with sales, Practice and delivery teams for project execution
  • Identify and qualify potential clients from an inside sales perspective. Work with customers to manage and grow the accounts
  • Work with Marketing to develop strategies and ideas
  • Initiate and close services and software sales for IOTAP and productivity line of business 
  • Understand marketing on the internet and create periodical content to increase visitor traffic on the website. The candidate will be expected to develop a business pipeline using the website as a tool and should understand the complete process of converting visitors in clients 
  • Setting objectives for the team members, providing guidance mentoring and developing juniors into capable and confident individuals so that they can perform routine tasks independently 

Desired Skills:

  • Experience level of 8 to 10 years after graduation  Should have been involved in front line sales for at least 7 years 
  • Experience in selling both services and packaged software solutions 
  • Experience in software sales process for Microsoft related technologies - Office 365, SharePoint, Licensing, IT Infrastructure.  
  • Must be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approach 
  • Enthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if required 
  • Exposure to the Microsoft stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantage. 
  • Must be able to work under pressure and generate results 
  • Ability to Multi task in regards to campaign timelines and deliverables Communication 
  • Excellent organizational, writing, oral communication skills,  
  • Must Possess Excellent proposal writing skills
